有机-æ— æœºå¤åŒ–é“ é’™é’›çŸ¿å¤šæ™¶è–„è†œå¤ªé˜³èƒ½ç”µæ± åœ¨è¿‘å‡ å¹´çš„ç ”ç©¶ä¸­å®žçŽ°äº†å ‰ç”µè½¬æ¢æ•ˆçŽ‡çš„å¿«é€Ÿå¢žé•¿ã€‚ç„¶è€Œï¼Œå ¶å¤šæ™¶ç»“æž„çš„æ´»æ€§å±‚å¯¼è‡´å™¨ä»¶ä»ç„¶é­å—åˆ°è¡¨é¢å’Œæ™¶ç•Œä½ç½®ç¼ºé™·å¼•èµ·çš„æ€§èƒ½è¡°å‡ã€‚æœ¬ç ”ç©¶å€ŸåŠ©ä¸¤ç§æœ‰æœºæ°¢ç¢˜é ¸ç›ï¼Œå³è‹¯ä¹™åŸºç¢˜åŒ–èƒº(Phenethylammonium iodide,PEAI)和邻氟苯乙胺碘(2-Fluorophenylethylammonium iodide,o-F-PEAI),在CH3NH3PbI3钙钛矿多晶薄膜表面形成钝化层。扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜分析结果显示,PEAI和o-F-PEAI处理后的钙钛矿薄膜晶界被钝化层明显填å ï¼Œè¡¨é¢ç²—ç³™åº¦ä¹Ÿæ˜¾è‘—ä¸‹é™ã€‚å¦å¤–ï¼Œè§å ‰å¯¿å‘½æˆåƒåˆ†æžç»“æžœæ˜¾ç¤ºé’åŒ–åŽçš„é’™é’›çŸ¿è–„è†œå ·æœ‰æ›´å¤šçš„å ‰å­æ•°å’Œæ›´é•¿çš„è§å ‰å¯¿å‘½ã€‚ä¸Šè¿°ç»“æžœè¡¨æ˜Žï¼ŒPEAI和o-F-PEAIè¯±å¯¼çš„é’åŒ–å±‚å¯ä»¥æœ‰æ•ˆæŠ‘åˆ¶å¤šæ™¶è–„è†œè¡¨é¢å’Œæ™¶ç•Œä½ç½®çš„ç¼ºé™·å¤åˆè¡Œä¸ºã€‚å› æ­¤ï¼Œé’åŒ–åŽçš„å€’ç½®ç»“æž„é’™é’›çŸ¿å¤ªé˜³èƒ½ç”µæ± å™¨ä»¶åŠŸçŽ‡è½¬æ¢æ•ˆçŽ‡(Power conversion efficiency,PCE)可以达到21%。此外,o-F-PEAI钝化处理后的器件由于氟离子的作用表现出更好的器件稳定性。
